The Quest is a comfortable and welcoming expedition ship, ideal for exploring the polar regions in excellent conditions. Built in Denmark in 1992 to provide service along Greenland’s west coast, it was completely converted into an expedition ship in 2004–2005, before undergoing a further renovation of its passenger areas in 2018.
With a capacity of just 48 passengers, the Quest offers a warm and intimate atmosphere. All 24 of its cabins feature private bathrooms and offer views of the scenery through large portholes. On board, passengers enjoy a comfortable restaurant where meals are served, as well as a panoramic lounge offering breathtaking views of the polar landscapes. It is also the ideal place to attend lectures by the expedition team on the flora, fauna, history, and geology of the regions visited. The lounge also features a cozy bar and a small library.
The spacious outdoor decks allow you to observe wildlife and scenery at any time of day. Thanks to the ship’s small size, the experience remains particularly immersive and close to nature. The atmosphere on board is relaxed and friendly, thanks to an attentive international crew and an experienced expedition team. For shore excursions and coastal explorations, the Quest has five Zodiacs and five naturalist guides, ensuring high-quality outings in the heart of the polar environments.
